How the home mold kit works
The kit arrives with trays, putty, a 16 color shade guide and printed steps. You send us photos, then mail the molds back with the prepaid label, and technicians at a Florida lab bench cut your appliance from that mold.
If a mold comes out wrong
Send us a photo of the first mold and wait for our go ahead before you do the second. If something is off we tell you the same day and walk you through the fix.
What the fit guarantee covers
30 days of unlimited adjustments, free remakes for the same reason, and a 60 day warranty on the build running from the day it reaches you.
Paying with HSA and FSA
We accept HSA and FSA cards on eligible dental appliances. Veneers and gold teeth count as cosmetic, so those do not qualify, and your plan administrator has the final say.
If you lose it or break it
Your model stays on file, so there is no second mold. Under Mold Once every appliance after your first is 30 percent off, and a spare in the same order is 30 percent off too.
Insurance
We do not bill insurers directly. You get an itemized receipt to file with your plan yourself, and what comes back depends on the plan.
Whether you still need a dentist
No office visit. A licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos after checkout. Keep seeing your dentist for cleanings and checkups, because only a dentist can look at what is happening under the gum.
Time from order to delivery
Figure 6 to 10 business days from order to doorstep. The kit takes up to 3 days each way and the build takes 3 to 7, depending on the appliance.
What lands on your doorstep
The mold kit with trays, putty and a 16 color shade guide, the video instructions, your finished appliance, cleaning foam and a case with a mirror.
Using your own molds
Scans, printed models and stone models all work. Send a recent scan or stone model and it becomes your model on file, so your appliance comes back sooner.
Getting it faster
Rush manufacturing is $150. Your mold goes to the bench the day it lands, and the appliance is done in 3 to 4 business days. Rush delivery is $45 for one leg, $90 for two and $135 for all three.
Adding a gold tooth
Cutout, birthstone, open face and solid, all gold-tone plated metal caps. From $350 per tooth on top of the appliance you ordered, custom order, priced on request.
