Warranty, adjustments and remakes

Covered from the day it lands

Every appliance carries a manufacturer warranty for 60 days from delivery, and none of it is an upsell.
  • Adjustments for fit at no charge
  • A remake when adjusting will not settle it

Thirty days to get the fit right

A mold cannot predict everything about how a piece will sit, so the month after delivery belongs to fit. Tell us what bothers you, as often as you need, and we adjust or rebuild. Send it back clean and exactly as it left us.

Sixty days on a build defect

Fit is one thing, a fault in the build is another, and that stands for 60 days from delivery. A break nobody dropped, a clasp that gives way, a finish that lifts — photograph it, send your order number, and a technician reviews it before a replacement is cut.

If the same problem comes back, we read it by hand

If adjusting does not settle it, we remake it. When the same problem comes back under that reason, it stops being automatic, and a technician reads the case by hand, the photographs, the notes and the model on file. Usually the mold or the bite is saying why, and we would rather find that than cut another.

Where the cover stops

It does not reach a lost or stolen appliance, damage from a drop or from misuse, or wear from neglect. It does not cover the way your own teeth and gums move on afterwards, or a shade or a size you chose yourself. It ends the moment anyone outside the lab that built it grinds, relines or repairs the piece, and it stays with the buyer rather than passing on.

Stop wearing it and call us

If the appliance sits loose, presses tight, or brings on soreness, irritation or bleeding, take it out and get in touch. Do not file it, heat it or force it into place. We make appliances, so anything happening in your mouth rather than in the plastic belongs with a dentist.

How to start a claim

Write to info@smilelabusa.com or call 1 888 886 5530 on weekdays, 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern. Send your order number and a few clear photographs. We answer in English and in Spanish, and we may ask for the appliance, so leave it untouched.
