How it happens
After checkout, a licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos. Your impression kit ships only after that review.
- Order online and your impression kit arrives by USPS in 3 days or FedEx overnight
- Take the mold at your own table and mail it back with the prepaid label
- We build your partial in 6 to 10 business days and ship it to your door
- Free shipping both ways
- Custom made in a Florida dental lab
- 30 days of free adjustments
Am I the right candidate?
- You are 18 or older
- Two or more teeth are gone on the same jaw
- They are out or worn down to the gum line
- Healthy teeth are still standing on both sides of the stretch
- You want the widest plate we build at the lowest price we charge
- A month has passed since anything was taken out
Not the right buy if
- Nothing sound is left on one side for a clasp to hold
- The gaps are at the front and a wire clasp would catch the light
- Pink acrylic has irritated your gum before
What $469 to $619 covers
An acrylic partial denture is a firm pink plate that carries up to six replacement teeth and holds on with small wire clasps hooked over the teeth you still have.
One arch is $469 and both arches ordered together are $619. The impression kit, the postage in both directions and the first month of adjustments are already inside that number.
Rush production is $150 and drops the bench time to 3 to 4 business days.
The number a dental office prints
Our $469 carries the mold kit, the postage and a month of adjustments on top of the plate itself.
The visits
Consult, fitting, review. Every appointment carries a fee whether or not the plate changed.
The outside lab
Most offices order the partial from a bench like ours and pass the invoice on with a margin.
Our side of it
The bench in Hollywood is ours, so the only hands on your case are the ones that build it.
What acrylic actually is
Three parts and nothing more. A pink acrylic base shaped to your gum, denture teeth set into it in your own shade, and wire clasps that tuck behind the teeth either side of the gap.
The base is rigid. That is why it carries six teeth without flexing, why it costs less than nylon, and why it chips instead of bending when it lands on a tiled floor.
Acrylic, flexible nylon or cast metal
The same gaps, three ways to close them. What changes is the price, the load it will take at the table, and whether a bench can mend it later or has to build it again.
| Build | One arch | At the bench | Chewing | Repairs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Acrylic partial | $469 | 6 to 10 business days | Everyday food cut small | Chips bond, base relines |
| Flexible nylon | $549 to $1,049 | 6 to 10 business days | Soft and medium food | Usually remade, not relined |
| Cast metal frame | $749 | 6 to 10 business days | The heaviest of the three | Frame stays, teeth reset |

Both arches together are $619 in acrylic, from $949 in nylon and $1,498 in cast metal.

Wearing it, from day one to the table
A partial goes in with a push of the thumbs and settles on the gum, not on the clasps. Nothing about it should ever need forcing over a tooth.
Days one to seven
More saliva than usual, a soft S sound and pressure spread across the plate. Most of that fades inside a week.
Back at the table
Soft food on day one, then everything cut small. Chew on both sides so the plate loads evenly.
Leave off the plate
Ice, crusty bread, hard nuts, toffee and anything you have to tear at with the front teeth.
Two years of wear, if heat never touches it
With daily cleaning acrylic runs close to two years. What ends one early is heat and abrasion rather than the calendar, and both of those are in your hands.
Cleaning foam is $24.99 and the ultrasonic bath is $54.99.
Repairs, relines and the model on file
Acrylic is the one build here that a bench can mend. A chip bonds back, and a base gone loose as the gum settles is relined rather than replaced.
While the model is on file a repeat order needs no new impression from you.
Three steps from kit to finished arch
No appointment anywhere in this. The kit is worth $49.99 and the $469 already carries it.
- The kit landsOut of here on the same or the next business day, with you 3 days by USPS or overnight by FedEx later.
- You take the moldTwo trays, two mixes and a photo to us before the box goes back in the post.
- We build the archSix to ten business days at the bench, then the finished partial ships to your door.
Impression kitHow to take an impression
A second kit is $40 and a fresh set of putty on its own is $25.
Four faults we see in a home mold
You get the reason and the fix, never the word rejected on its own. Four faults account for almost everything we send back.
Not enough putty in the tray
Lifted before it set
Tray sitting off centre
Squashed on the way back
Thirty days on fit, sixty on the build
Warranty policyRemakes and returns
A third remake for the same reason goes to a technician by hand instead of back through the queue.
Kit, post, bench, and the days each takes
Count the post as well as the bench. That is the honest answer when a date is riding on it.
Rush production is $150 and rush shipping runs $45 to $135. A technician says plainly whether your date is reachable before you pay for either.
