$40 for a full replacement kit

A mold that came out blurry, a tray that never seated, or a kit that went missing somewhere between the mailbox and the kitchen table. This is the second set, and it holds everything the first one did.

  • Upper and lower trays, fresh putty and a shade guide
  • Same instructions and the same video walkthrough
  • One kit covers both arches, start to finish

When you actually need one

Order a second kit when we have told you the molds will not do, when the putty set before it reached the teeth, or when a kit never arrived. If the problem is only that you ran low on material and the trays are still clean, the extra putty on its own is the cheaper fix.

Why we approve photos before you mail

  • A mailed mold takes days each way, a photo takes a minute
  • We can spot a short tray or a soft edge from the picture
  • If it passes, the label in the box is all you need

Second try, same result as a good first one

Nothing about a retake makes the appliance any less accurate. The bench works from whichever mold is sharp, and most people get there on the second pass. It is the same box as the original impression kit, and the route from mold to finished appliance is set out in how it works.

Questions people send us

Whether a retake is charged

A replacement kit is $40. That covers the trays, the putty and the shipping of the kit itself, not your appliance, which is already paid for.

Kit or putty alone

Take the putty if your trays fit and survived. Take the whole kit if a tray cracked, went missing or never fit your arch in the first place.

How many tries people take

Most get a usable mold the first time and nearly everyone gets there the second. We would rather look at four photos than open a box of guesswork.

What a good mold looks like

Every tooth edge and the whole gum line stand out sharp, with no bubbles across the gap. Soft, rounded shapes mean the tray moved while it set, and a thin patch means the tub went in half empty. Hold the mold up to a window and you will see either fault straight away.

Timing after a retake

The clock on your appliance starts when a mold we have approved reaches the bench. The kit itself takes two or three business days to arrive.

Help while you do it

Message or call the lab and someone stays with you through both arches. It is quicker than reading and it is what the second kit is really for.

What payment methods do you accept

Major credit and debit cards, and Klarna or Afterpay in four payments when the order qualifies. Nothing is charged today, because ordering has not opened yet.

How long delivery takes and how to track it

The impression kit reaches you by USPS in 3 days or FedEx overnight, your mold takes the same coming back, and the build follows. Every parcel in the chain carries its own tracking number and the updates come to your phone.

Will this actually fit my mouth

It works with every appliance we build. If anything arrives damaged, tell us and we replace it.

Fix what went wrong last time

  1. Find the fault firstPut your old mold next to the guide and see which part came out soft before you open anything.
  2. Try the tray dryThe wrong size is behind most bad molds. Seat each one empty and check that the gap sits inside it with room to spare.
  3. Fill it edge to edgeThin patches are where tooth outlines go fuzzy. Use the whole tub.
  4. Hold for three full minutesSet a timer, keep your jaw still, and wait until the putty stops giving under a fingernail.
  5. Shoot both moldsBright light, close range, one from the top and one from the side of each.
  6. Send the photos firstWe look before you ship, so a bad mold never costs you another week.

One flat price: $40. Trays, putty, a shade guide and the postage both ways — all in.

Your appliance is already paid for. This covers the second box only.

How it happens

After checkout, a licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos. Your impression kit ships only after that review.

  1. Order the kit and it arrives in 3 days by USPS or overnight by FedEx
  2. Take both molds again with fresh trays and fresh putty
  3. Send the photos first, then mail the molds back free
  • Free shipping both ways
  • Custom made in a Florida dental lab
  • 30 days of free adjustments

Am I the right candidate?

  • A tray cracked, went missing or never fit your arch
  • The putty set before it reached the teeth
  • A kit never arrived at your address
  • We told you the molds will not do
  • You would rather start clean than stretch what is left
  • You want a spare set in the drawer before you begin

Not the right buy if

  • Your trays are whole and only the putty ran out
  • You have not taken the first mold yet
  • You are still waiting on our word about the molds you sent
