Business days only

$150 on top of the appliance

Your case goes to the front of the bench the hour your mold arrives. It is the one upgrade that shortens the part of the wait nobody else can shorten.

  • Same-day production — your mold goes to the bench the day it lands
  • Every appliance — built within 3 to 4 business days
  • Your case jumps the queue, the work itself is unchanged

Added to an appliance order in the cart. There is nothing to buy here alone.

One flat price: $150. On top of the appliance. Your case goes to the front of the bench.

Same technicians, same materials, same 30 day adjustment window.

How it happens

After checkout, a licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos. Your impression kit ships only after that review.

  1. Add it to the appliance order at checkout
  2. Your case jumps the queue the hour your mold lands
  3. Production starts the same day and the appliance is done in 3 to 4 business days
  • Free shipping both ways
  • Custom made in a Florida dental lab
  • 30 days of free adjustments

Am I the right candidate?

  • A fixed date that will not move, with less than two weeks to work with
  • A front tooth gone before a wedding, an interview or a flight
  • A lost or broken appliance you already have a mold on file for
  • The lab bench is your bottleneck rather than the road
  • You have an appliance in the cart already
  • You want both levers and are pairing it with rush shipping

Not the right buy if

  • The road is your bottleneck, where rush shipping is the lever
  • There is no appliance on the order, since this is not sold alone
  • Your mold has already reached the bench

What the $150 buys

Standard turnaround is the time your case waits its turn plus the time it takes to build. Rush production removes the waiting half. An appliance that would have taken 6 to 10 business days is out in 3 to 4. Shipping is a separate matter, and standard shipping will eat some of what you just bought back.

What it saves on each appliance

  • Night guards — normally 6 to 10 business days on the bench, 3 to 4 with rush
  • Flippers — normally 6 to 10 business days on the bench, 3 to 4 with rush
  • Cast metal partials — normally 6 to 10 business days on the bench, 3 to 4 with rush

Snap-on veneers and Essix retainers sit in the 24 hour group along with the guards.

When it is worth it

  • A fixed date that will not move, with less than two weeks to work with
  • A front tooth gone before a wedding, an interview or a flight
  • A lost or broken appliance you already have a mold on file for

Pair it with rush shipping when the calendar is genuinely tight. Alone, it saves bench days only.

Questions we hear about rush production

What same-day production means

Your mold goes to the bench the same business day it is received and checked. Snap-on veneers, Essix retainers and night guards fall in this group.

What counts as 3 to 4 business days

Every appliance is built in stages, so the bench time runs 3 to 4 full business days from the day the mold lands. That is still around half of the standard build.

When the clock starts

When the mold reaches the lab and passes the check, not when you place the order or drop the envelope. A mold that has to be retaken restarts it.

Rush production against rush shipping

Production is bench time, shipping is road time. Buy production if the lab is your bottleneck, buy both if the date is close.

Whether it changes the appliance

No. Same technicians, same materials, same 30 day adjustment window. The only thing that moves is your place in the queue.

Adding it after ordering

Yes, as long as your mold has not reached the bench yet. Message us with the order number and we will put it in front of the queue before a technician opens it.

If the mold cannot be used

We send a fresh kit at no charge and the rush stays on the order. What we will not do is build on a mold that will produce something you have to send back.

What payment methods do you accept

Major credit and debit cards, and Klarna or Afterpay in four payments when the order qualifies. Nothing is charged today, because ordering has not opened yet.

How long delivery takes and how to track it

The impression kit reaches you by USPS in 3 days or FedEx overnight, your mold takes the same coming back, and the build follows. Every parcel in the chain carries its own tracking number and the updates come to your phone.

Will this actually fit my mouth

It goes on an appliance order at checkout and changes nothing about the appliance itself. Same technicians, same materials, and the same 30 days of free adjustments from delivery.
