Our lead technician has 30 years at the bench, 15 of them making teeth in New York. They spent those years making appliances for other people’s patients and watching the markup get added on the way out. Now that same craft goes into every Smile Lab USA appliance at an independent dental lab in Hollywood, Florida, and the case goes from that bench straight to you, so the invoice you get is the lab one rather than the office one.
