Sound familiar?
- Hiding your smile in photos
- Chewing on one side
- Covering your mouth when you laugh
- Putting off a dentist quote you can't afford
How it happens
After checkout, a licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos. Your impression kit ships only after that review.
- Order online and your impression kit arrives by USPS in 3 days or FedEx overnight
- Take the mold at your own table and mail it back with the prepaid label
- We build your arch in 6 to 10 business days and ship it to your door
- Free shipping both ways
- Custom made in a Florida dental lab
- 30 days of free adjustments
Am I the right candidate?
- You are 18 or older
- Teeth are still standing beside the spaces for the clasps to hold
- You want to chew a full meal on it
- A thick plate across the palate is the thing you cannot live with
- The gum has settled and stopped changing shape
- You will take it out at night and rinse it in cool water
Not the right buy if
- Few teeth are left standing, so the clasps have nothing to hold
- A socket was opened in the past month
- The space sits up front under a high smile line
What $749 and $1,498 cover
A cast metal partial is a removable arch built on a slim metal frame. The frame carries the replacement teeth and the clasps, and it holds on the teeth you still have.
One arch is $749 and both arches together are $1,498. The impression kit, the postage in both directions, cleaning foam, a case and the first month of adjustments are inside that number.
Rush production takes the bench down to 3 to 4 business days for $150.
Metal, nylon or acrylic, side by side
Three builds fill the same spaces. What separates them is the base against your palate and how much chewing they were made for, not the number of teeth they carry.
| Build | One arch | Base | Clasps | Hard food |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cast metal partial | $749 | Thin, the frame takes the load | Metal, resting on standing teeth | Holds a full meal |
| Flexible partial | $399 to $649 | Nylon, bends with the gum | Pink, nothing metal on show | Soft and medium food |
| Acrylic partial | $469 | A thicker plate across the palate | Two small wire clasps | Soft and medium food |
Flexible partialsAcrylic partialAll partial dentures
Both arches together are $1,498 in cast metal, $619 in acrylic and $699 to $1,049 in flexible nylon.
Why the frame is what makes the rest thin
Bulk on a partial is acrylic doing a job that metal does better. Once a cast frame takes the load, everything built around it can be cut back.
The cast frame
One piece, shaped to your own gum line. It carries the bite, so the base over your palate stays slim.
Teeth and gum base
Replacement teeth set into the frame, on a base tinted to the gum tone we read off your mold.
Clasps on standing teeth
Arms that rest on the teeth you keep and hold the arch still while you chew, instead of suction.
A slim palate is why food still tastes like food and why the S sound settles within days.
What it costs at the office, and why
The same arch costs more in a chair because the room, the visits and a second business are inside the number.
Bulk is a shortcut
Acrylic goes thick because nothing stronger sits under it. A cast frame is what lets the base stay thin.
Broken in half
A plate with no frame snaps along its weakest line. The metal one is built around a frame that keeps its shape.
What the room adds
An exam, a consult and fittings are billed before a tooth is set, then the lab invoice is passed on with a markup.
A cast frame costs more than a plastic plate because of the metal and the extra stages at the bench. It is the arch that holds a full meal.
How it seats, and what you chew with it
It goes on under fingertip pressure and the clasps click home. After that nothing should rock when you press on the back teeth.
The first week
Extra saliva, light pressure where the clasps sit and a soft S sound. Most of that is gone inside days.
At the table
Cut the first meals small and chew on both sides. Meat, bread, apples and salad come back with the frame.
Still off the menu
Ice, bones, caramel and anything you would tear with your front teeth. Those are what bend a clasp.
What keeps it going, and what shortens it
The frame does not soften and it does not stain. What ends a partial early is heat, harsh cleaning and one drop onto a hard sink.
Cleaning foam and a case ride in the box. A fresh foam is $24.99 and the ultrasonic bath is $54.99.
Whether a mold from your own table is safe
A mold is only as good as the check that follows it. Yours is opened, poured and read by a technician here before any frame is drawn.
Read before it is cast
A technician checks the tooth edges, the gum line and the bite on your mold before anything is cast.
Photos before you post
Send a photo of both trays and we say yes or no while the kit is still on your table.
A remake at no cost
If adjusting does not settle it, we rebuild it, and if the same fault comes back a technician takes the case by hand.
Leave the kit closed and ask us first if your gums bleed, if a tooth or crown moves, or if a socket was opened this month.
Where a mold for a cast frame goes wrong
A cast frame rests on the teeth that carry the clasps, so the print has to show those teeth whole. Four faults account for almost every arch we send back.
Putty short at the back
Lifted before it set
Tray sitting crooked
Bent on the way back
Impression kitHow to take an impression
A second kit is $40 and a fresh set of putty is $25.
Cut in one lab, and nowhere else
Your mold lands in Hollywood, Florida, and stays in the building. No part of this arch is sent out to a third bench.
One bench, start to finish
The frame is cast, the teeth are set and the base is tinted by the same technicians, with 15 years and more behind them.
Six business days
That is the bench time from the day your mold arrives. The finished arch then ships to any state.
A person on the phone
888 886 5530 reaches a technician who can look at your case and your photos while you are talking.
Thirty days on fit, sixty on the build
The same arch costs more in a chair because the room, the visits and a second business are inside the number.
Warranty policyRemakes and returns
Your mold stays on file for two years, so a replacement usually needs no new impression from you.
From the order to your door
Count the whole trip and not the bench alone. This is the strongest arch we build and the one worth timing properly.
Rush production is $150 and overnight shipping starts at $45. A technician says plainly whether your date is reachable before you pay for either.
Opening soon. Reserve your spot.
Leave your email and we will write you the day ordering opens. One email, nothing else.
