One flat price: $49.99. The trays, the putty, the shade guide, the video and the postage both ways — all in.
The kit is already inside the price of every appliance we build.

- Hiding your smile in photos
- Chewing on one side
- Covering your mouth when you laugh
- Putting off a dentist quote you can't afford
How it happens
After checkout, a licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos. Your impression kit ships only after that review.
- Order the kit and it arrives in 3 days by USPS or overnight by FedEx
- Take both molds at your own table and photograph them
- Send the photos, get our go ahead, mail the molds back free
- Free shipping both ways
- Custom made in a Florida dental lab
- 30 days of free adjustments
Am I the right candidate?
- You are 18 or older
- You are ordering an appliance and want the mold on the way first
- There is a gap, a worn tooth or a whole arch to record
- You can sit at a table for the full set time on the sheet
- You can take four photos with a phone in good light
- You want the shade guide in your hand before you pick a shade
Not the right buy if
- You already hold a scan or a stone model
- A dentist is mid treatment and those teeth are still moving
- You are ordering an appliance, which already includes the kit
What $49.99 puts in the box
An impression kit is the box that records the shape of your teeth and gums in putty. Every appliance we build is cut from that record, which is why it is the first thing that ships.
One box covers a full upper and a full lower with a mix left over. Order an appliance and the kit travels with it, so nothing here is paid for twice.
A replacement kit later is $40 on its own and a fresh set of putty is $25.
Why we check your photo before you mail anything
Two photos and an answer the same business day. A mold caught at your own table costs you ten minutes. The same mold caught at the lab bench costs you a week.
- Mold both archesUpper and lower in one sitting, with the spare putty still sealed in the box.
- Photograph and sendClose in, bright light, both trays. We read them and answer the same business day.
- Then post itOnly after the answer. The prepaid label and the named carrier are in the box.
What the market files against this whole category. "Bought the kit, completed the impressions as shown in the video, sent the impressions and a day later they sent me an email stating the impressions were rejected but no explanation."
The five molds we send back
Turned down is not a verdict, it is a description of what the putty missed. Five faults cover almost all of them, and most are fixed with the mix already in your box.
| What came back | How it reads | What to redo |
|---|---|---|
| Short mold | Gum printed, tooth edges missing | Load both tubs full and seat the tray while the mix is still soft |
| Double bite | Two prints overlapping in one tray | One seating only. Lift it clean and start a fresh mix |
| Tray off center | Thick down one side, bare on the other | Line the handle up with the middle of your front teeth |
| Pulled while soft | Rounded, smeared edges all round | Hold still for the whole set time with your hands off the handle |
| Last molar missed | The back of the arch runs off the tray | Size up, seat the back of the tray first and the front after |
Photograph any of these and we answer the same business day, with the reason and the fix in writing.
How many tries the kit holds
Four sets of putty for two arches. The spare mix is in the box for the same reason the shade guide is, because nobody is scored on the first go.
Extra dental puttyExtra impression kit
Same trays, same result. A mold taken on the second mix is no less accurate than one taken on the first.
What your mold turns into, and for how much
One mold, one model on the shelf for two years, and any of these cut from it. The bench clock starts on the day a usable mold lands here.
| Built from your mold | From | At the bench |
|---|---|---|
| Flipper for one or two teeth | $319 | 6 to 10 business days |
| Partial denture | $469 | 6 to 10 business days |
| Snap-on veneers | $299 | 3 to 4 business days |
| Night guard | $119 | 6 to 10 business days |

An Essix retainer starts at $139 and a gold tooth is $350. The kit travels with whichever one you order.
What happens to the mold after it lands
It is read by hand before anything is cut, and then it stays here. The model on file is what makes a second order quick and cheap.
Read at the bench
A technician checks both trays again. If something is short we call you before the clock starts.
Held for two years
Your model sits on our shelf, so a spare or a replacement never means molding again.
Mold Once
Thirty percent off every appliance after your first, built from that model, and a spare in the same order.
If you already hold models of your own
A scan, a printed model or a stone model all work, as long as they show your mouth as it is today. Send them in and the kit drops out of the order.
- Send us models we can work from and they become your model on file
- Scans, printed models and stone models are read at the bench. An X ray is not a mold
- Send a photo first if you are not sure yours are still current and we will tell you
Models a few years old usually show a mouth that has moved on since. A fresh kit is $49.99 and records today.
Timing, end to end
Three legs and a bench. Count all four, because the only number that matters is the day it reaches your door.
Orders placed before 5 PM Eastern go out the same business day, later ones the next morning. Rush production is $150 and rush delivery starts at $45.
The ten minutes before you open it
A table, a mirror and no hurry. What ruins a mold more often than the putty does is the five minutes that came before it.
Brush and rinse first
Plaque and crumbs print into the putty as sharply as a tooth edge does.
Eat before, not during
Have your meal first. Nothing goes in the mouth once the trays are laid out on the table.
If you gag easily
Sit upright, breathe through the nose and seat the back of the tray before the front.
A second pair of hands and somebody else holding the phone makes the photos quicker and sharper.
What the mold needs on the way back
A set mold holds its shape on its own. What ruins a good one on the way here is the packing rather than the waiting.
Handed to a carrier that is not on the label the box can be refused or simply lost.
A chair, a scanner or this box
Three ways the same shape gets recorded. What separates them is who holds the tray and what the visit costs you.
| Where it is taken | What it costs you | What you end up holding |
|---|---|---|
| A dental office | An appointment, billed with the work | A mold the office keeps |
| An intraoral scanner | A visit, and a file the office holds | A digital file, if they release it |
| This box, at your table | $49.99, and it travels free with an appliance | A model held here for two years |
Send a scan or a stone model you already hold and it becomes your model on file instead.
If the mold is turned down
A mold we cannot use is not a lost order. In most cases it costs you the ten minutes it takes to mix again, and nothing else.
Thirty days on fit and sixty days on the build cover the appliance your mold produces, not the box it arrived in.
Opening soon. Reserve your spot.
Leave your email and we will write you the day ordering opens. One email, nothing else.
