Choosing an appliance
Options for replacing a missing tooth
A flipper is the lightest thing we cut and fills one gap or a few. Acrylic and flexible partials carry more teeth on a stronger base. Cast metal rides a slim alloy frame and holds firmest.
What a tooth flipper is
A small removable plate with one or more teeth set into it, in and out in a second. Most people reach for one after an extraction, and plenty keep wearing the same one for years.
Ordering without a dental visit
You buy online, mold your own teeth with the kit we mail you, and send the trays back on the prepaid label. Technicians cut it from those molds. No part of it needs you in a chair. We still recommend you keep seeing your own dentist for cleanings and check ups, and the Terms of Service require one visit within a month of your appliance arriving.
The three partial denture builds
Acrylic is the plain workhorse and the cheapest way into a partial. Flexible uses a softer resin that follows the gum line and reads as far less obvious. Cast metal runs on a thin frame and grips the tightest.
A partial made for one tooth
One tooth is an ordinary order, front or back. For a single gap most people take a flipper, thinner and cheaper for the same visible work. A partial denture is the heavier build, made for all day wear and chewing.
Whether we are a dentist
No. We are an appliance brand, and every appliance is cut for us by a dental lab in Hollywood, Florida. We do not diagnose and we do not treat. Nothing we ship replaces an exam.
Prices and how you pay
What a flipper tooth costs
Acrylic is $319 for one arch and $419 for both. Semi-flex is $349 for a single arch. Flexible is $399 for a single arch and $699 for both.
What partial dentures cost
Acrylic is $469 for one arch and $619 for both. Flexible covering two to five teeth is $549 and $949, and the six to eight tooth build is $649 and $1049. Cast metal is $749 and $1498. Moving a flipper order up to a partial build costs $200 on top.
What a front tooth costs
A front gap is priced like any single arch job, so the entry point is $319 for acrylic and $399 for flexible. Shade and shape take the most care up front, and cost nothing extra.
What snap-on veneers cost
One arch is $299 and both arches are $580. That buys the full removable shell in one of five shades, Snow White, Pearl, Vanilla, Chardonnay or Caramel. Nothing on your own teeth is drilled or filed.
What a retainer with a false tooth costs
An Essix pontic retainer is $139 for a bare arch and $239 with one tooth on it. Both arches are $209 bare, $309 with a tooth on one side and $409 with a tooth on each side.
What the impression kit costs
The kit is $49.99, the only thing that ships before the appliance. A replacement kit is $40, spare putty $25. Already hold a recent scan or stone model, send it and it becomes your model on file.
Insurance, HSA and FSA cards
We do not bill insurers directly. You get an itemized receipt to file with your plan yourself, and what comes back depends on the plan. HSA and FSA cards work at checkout, one card per order with no splitting. Flippers, acrylic and flexible partials, cast metal, Essix retainers, night guards, muscle relaxers, kits and putty usually clear. Cosmetic items do not, meaning snap-on veneers, gold teeth, whitening foam and gift cards. Every plan draws that line differently and your administrator decides.
Getting a receipt for your plan
Pull an itemized receipt off the order status page whenever you need one, with no login. It carries the five details an administrator asks for, the date, what was bought in plain words, who we are and where, who it was for, and what was paid. Your administrator decides the rest.
How you can pay
Checkout runs on Stripe. Cards, debit and Apple Pay all work, and Klarna or Afterpay appear when the order qualifies. The order is paid in full before it reaches the bench.
Keeping it clean
Cleaning a partial or a flipper
Rinse it the moment it comes out. Brush with a soft brush and a mild non abrasive cleaner or our foam, never a whitening paste, because grit cuts scratches that hold stain.
Lifting stain that brushing leaves behind
Drop it in a denture cleaning solution and the discoloration comes away without scrubbing. Rinse well afterwards so none of the solution goes back in your mouth. Daily care keeps most acrylic flippers serviceable for about two years.
Cleaners meant for flexible work
A cleaner sold for flexible partials is a soak that lifts stain and smell without harming the resin. Our foam does the same on flexible and acrylic, three bottles for $24.99.
Hot water and flexible material
Never run hot water over flexible work. Heat softens it, the fit walks away from the shape we cut, and a warped one is not a warranty case.
Storing it between wears
Dry it and park it in a clean case. A round care case with a mirror ships free with every appliance order, and spares sit on the accessories page. A sterilization case is $29.99 and an ultrasonic cleaner is $54.99.
A lower appliance that lifts while you eat
Gums change shape over months and a base cut to the old shape stops gripping. Within 30 days we adjust or remake for fit free. Stop wearing it and write to us if it sits loose, tight or sore.
What the warranty covers
Sixty days from delivery covers a manufacturing defect we can verify. Fit adjustments are unlimited and remakes for fit are free for the first 30 days. If adjusting does not settle it, we remake it, and if the same problem comes back a technician reads the case by hand. Loss, damage, a shade you picked and outside alterations sit outside it.
From order to doorstep
Taking the molds at home
The kit holds two tray sets, four putty sets, a shade guide in 16 colors, printed steps and a prepaid return label. Brush, dry fit a tray, mix until the color runs even, seat it and hold still. A QR code inside the lid opens the video guide we filmed.
The photo check before you mail
Send four photos first, the front, both sides and the gap, in bright light with the shade guide by the gap. We reply the same day. An unchecked pair that needs a fresh kit costs $40.
When you should not take an impression
Not over bleeding gums, not with a loose filling or crown, not on a tooth that moves and not on a badly decayed one. See a dentist first. The putty grips hard enough to lift a bad tooth out with the tray it sits in.
How long the whole thing takes
Your kit lands 3 days by USPS or overnight by FedEx after you order, dispatched same day if you order before 5 PM Eastern. The bench clock starts when your impressions arrive here, not when you mail them, and runs 3 to 7 days. Delivery adds 2 to 3 more.
Getting it faster
Rush manufacturing is $150. Your mold goes to the bench the day it lands, and the appliance is done in 3 to 4 business days. Rush shipping is next business day, priced at $45, $90 or $135 by how many legs you pick. Together that is roughly 6 to 10 business days in all.
The prepaid return label
It is paid already, good for a year from the day we print it, and reissued before it runs out. It only works with the carrier named on it. Another carrier can simply refuse the box.
Following your order
The status page opens with no login. Every email carries a direct link, or type your order number and the email address you used. Dated steps run from kit queued through photo review and production to delivered.
Replacing an appliance you already own
If we built it, your 3D model is here, so a copy needs no mold and comes 30 percent off under Mold Once. We hold impressions for two years. If another lab built it, start with a fresh kit.
The closer questions
Everything else
Photographs of the work
Each product page carries photographs of the appliance it sells, which is the place to look before you commit. A flipper for one front gap and a six tooth flexible partial are very different objects to wear.
Other things the lab cuts
A gold-tone tooth is from $350 each, custom order priced on request, in cutout, birthstone, open face or solid. A soft night guard is $119, the hybrid $159, a muscle relaxer $189. All of them come off the molds you take at home, and gold is cosmetic, so no health spending card covers it.
Gift cards
They come in $100, $200, $300, $400 and $500 and spend on anything in the catalog. A card is not eligible for HSA or FSA money. On everything else your plan sets the rules and the administrator decides.
What happens to your impressions
We scan them, keep the 3D model on file and hold the physical impressions for a full two years. That is what makes a later duplicate cheap and quick, with no kit to mail and 30 percent off under Mold Once.
