Get it sooner, reorder it cheaper, make it gold

Five upgrades that change the clock, the price or the look of what we build for you.

Everything on this page rides on top of a normal order. Two of them buy back time, one shows where that time goes, one takes most of the cost out of a second appliance, and the last one is gold. The appliance itself does not change. It is still cut by hand in a Hollywood dental lab from the mold you took at your own kitchen table.
  • Rush manufacturing and rush delivery, each priced per order
  • Reorders built from the 3D model we already hold for you
  • Gold teeth in four styles, and a free consultation before you commit to anything

Two ways to shorten the wait

Rush manufacturing, $150

Your case skips the queue at the bench and the build time drops by half.
  • Partial dentures and flippers, 3 to 4 business days on the bench
  • Snap on veneers, night guards and Essix retainers, 1 business day
  • The count opens the day your impressions reach us, not the day you mail them
Bench time is the one stretch of the order we control from end to end, which is why it is the stretch we can compress. A technician picks your case up the moment the mold clears inspection and carries it through instead of parking it behind the standard queue. Nothing about the material, the fit or the finish is different. Only its place in line. Post is a separate matter, so if the calendar is genuinely tight, take the rush delivery upgrade with it.

Rush delivery, next business day

Pick how many of the three trips travel overnight instead of by standard post.
  • One way at $45 moves a single leg overnight
  • Two way at $90 moves two legs, and you say which two
  • Three way at $135 puts every leg on the quick service
An order travels three times. The kit comes out to you, your finished impressions come back to us, and the appliance goes to your door. Standard post covers each of those legs in two to three business days and costs you nothing. Rush delivery lifts a leg onto next business day service. On the one way and two way options you say which trips get the priority, and most people spend it on the last one, because that is the parcel they are waiting by the window for. Three way is the quickest a first order can move.

The standard timeline, stage by stage

Figure 6 to 10 business days between checkout and the parcel on your doorstep.

Put rush manufacturing and all three rush legs on the same order and the whole run compresses to roughly 6 to 10 business days. Two numbers in that strip are estimates rather than promises, and we would rather say so here than in small print. Carriers keep their own schedules and a truck running late is outside anything we can reach. The two days pencilled in for your impressions is an average, not a deadline, so take a week over the putty if that is what a clean mold needs. The clock we hold ourselves to is the one that starts when a usable mold reaches the bench.

Anything ordered before 5 PM Eastern leaves the same business day, anything later the next morning.
Smile Lab USA impression kit with trays, putty and printed steps

Days 1 to 3

We process the order, pack your impression kit and put it in the post.
Taking an impression at home and sending a photo of the first try

Days 4 to 5

The kit arrives. Watch the guide, send us photos, wait for the go ahead, then mail the trays back.
Approved impressions packed and posted back to the lab

Days 6 to 8

Your trays travel to the Hollywood lab on standard service.
Duplicate denture service, an exact copy of the appliance you already have

Days 8 to 13

A technician reads the mold, and once it passes, the build begins.
Finished smiles worn by Smile Lab USA customers

Days 14 to 16

The finished appliance ships free, two to three business days to your door.

The second one costs less

We hold a 3D model of your mold for two years, and that file is what makes a reorder quick.

Once your impressions are scanned, the scan becomes the master. A duplicate comes off that file with no trays, no putty, no photo review and nothing sitting in the post on the way in, which makes it the cheapest and the fastest appliance you will ever order from us. Most people use it for a spare that lives in the car or a desk drawer, because the day an appliance snaps is never a convenient day. Some use it to try a different build on the same mouth, a night guard alongside a flipper, or a flexible partial after living with an acrylic one.
Your own model can be a printed model, a stone model, an impression we still hold on the shelf, or an intraoral scan, though never an X-ray, on one condition. They have to show your mouth the way it is today. A model taken before an extraction, a new crown or a filling will build an appliance that does not seat, and nobody wins that round. If you are not sure whether what you have is still current, send us a photo of it and we will tell you.
Mold Once takes 30 percent off every appliance after your first, cut from the model on file, and off a spare in the same order.
An exact duplicate of a partial denture, cut from the model on file
Already hold molds we can work from. Send a recent scan or stone model and it becomes your model on file, so the impression kit drops out of the order.
Clear retainer, snap-on veneers and tooth flipper, made to order

Gold-tone teeth, from $350 a tooth

Gold-tone plated metal cap set into a flipper or a denture we build for you, in four styles.
  • Cutout and birthstone, a detail that only shows when you smile wide
  • Open face, gold framing the tooth with the front of it left showing
  • Solid, the whole tooth in gold-tone, the version everybody pictures first
Gold is priced per tooth and finished by the same technician who builds the plate it sits in, so the color of the acrylic around it is matched to the metal rather than to a catalog page. Tell us which tooth and which of the four styles when you write in. We will show you how it reads on your own model before a single thing is cast, and you can change your mind at that point for nothing.

Free consultation in one business day

Describe the gap, say what you would like sitting in it, and a technician reads the case.
  • We work through what you describe and tell you plainly what we see
  • We name the build that suits both the mouth and the budget
  • We answer on timing, on delivery and on care before you spend anything
It costs nothing and there is no call to sit through. Write in English or Spanish, whichever you would rather, and we answer you in the same language inside one business day. Our hours are 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern on weekdays. If your case is one we would not touch without a dentist looking first, we will say that too, because we are an appliance brand and not a dental practice.

Questions about the extras

Both rush services on one order

That is the quickest route we sell. Rush manufacturing together with the three way delivery upgrade brings a normal order down to roughly 6 to 10 business days, against the usual 14 to 16.

What the $150 actually buys

Bench time, and only bench time. It halves the build and leaves the post exactly where it was, which is why the two upgrades are sold separately and why the tight cases take both.

When the rush clock starts

On receipt of a mold we can build from. If the trays come back short of detail we call you before anything else happens, and the count waits for the replacement rather than running while you are still at the sink.

Rush on a reorder

A duplicate off the model on file is already the short road, because the kit and the return post drop out of it. Rush manufacturing shortens what is left, the bench end.

Where gold can go

Into a flipper or a denture, from $350 for each gold-tone tooth. Ask in the consultation and we will quote the exact case rather than a range.

How long we keep your model

Two years from the day your impressions reach the lab. Inside that window a reorder needs nothing from you except the code.
