The hardest part of a custom appliance is the mold. You do it once at your kitchen table, and we turn it into a 3D model that stays with us. From then on, a new flipper, a partial, a night guard or a retainer is cut from that model, and you skip the kit entirely.

Every appliance after your first is 30 percent below its listed price. That is the program, not a sale, and it runs all year. Rush production, rush shipping and accessories stay at their usual price.
The spare is where it pays off fastest. Add a second, identical appliance to your first order and that one is 30 percent off as well. One goes in your bag, one stays at home, and a broken clasp on a Friday stops being a problem.
Your model is kept for two years. Smile Care Plan members keep it on file free for as long as the plan is active, so any reorder skips the impression kit.

- Order once. Take the mold at home, send it back, and we build your first appliance from it.
- Write to us. For the next appliance, or a spare in the same order, send us the email and order number from your first order.
- Pay the Mold Once price. We send you a checkout at 30 percent below the listed price, with no kit in it. After checkout, a licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos again, consultation included.

What counts as a returning customer
Anyone we have already built an appliance for. Write to us with the email and the order number from your first order, and we send you a checkout at the Mold Once price, no code needed.
When I need a new mold anyway
After an extraction, new dental work, or teeth that have moved. Send us two photos first and a technician tells you whether the model on file still fits your mouth. If it does not, we send a fresh kit and the appliance keeps the program price.
How long my model is kept
Two years from the day we receive the mold. Smile Care Plan members keep it on file free for as long as the plan is active. It is stored privately and used for nothing but your own orders. Ask us at any time and we delete it.
Does a reorder still go past a dentist
Yes. After checkout, a licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos again, consultation included, the same route as a first order.
What Mold Once does not cover
Rush production, rush shipping, accessories, gift cards and Smile Care Plan claims. It does not add to other offers, and it covers orders for your own mouth only.
