Trays, putty, the shade fan and printed steps, enough to mold an upper and a lower at home with a spare run in reserve.
A prepaid return label travels in the box, and the lid carries a QR code for the video walkthrough. Every appliance order begins here, unless usable molds are already sitting in a drawer at your house.
If a mold needs another go, extra putty on its own is $25 and a second kit complete with trays and a fresh label is $40.
