$89 a repair, postage both ways included

The same bench that builds our appliances puts broken ones back together. You mail it in, a technician works on it, and it comes home in one piece.

  • Two to three business days at the bench, about a week door to door
  • Prepaid box out to you and a prepaid label back, both on us
  • Done with lab materials on a lab bench, not with a tube from the drugstore

We repair dentures, partials and flippers, whoever made them. Payable by HSA or FSA card, if your plan administrator allows it.

What a repair kit does and what it does not

A drugstore repair kit is glue with filler in it. It closes a gap and it holds for a while, and on a Saturday night that is worth having. What it cannot do is bring the two halves back to the shape they were cast in, because the fit of an arch is decided in fractions of a millimetre. Glue sets where it lands. Worse, it leaves a film in the break that a lab then has to cut away, which is why a repair that has been glued first costs more time and comes back less exact. If it is already glued, tell us before you post it.

What we can put back together

  • A base cracked or snapped clean through
  • A tooth off a partial, a flipper or a full denture
  • A clasp broken, bent or pulled out of the acrylic

How it happens

  1. Send us a photo of the break and we mail you a prepaid box.
  2. Put every piece in it, even the small ones, and drop it in any mailbox.
  3. Two to three business days at the bench, then it ships back to your door.

Reach us by phone, video or text at any stage of that, in English or in Spanish.

Before you post it

  • Keep every fragment, including the ones that look too small to matter
  • Do not file, sand or heat the edges, and do not test-fit them with glue
  • Rinse it clean and let it dry, then wrap the pieces separately

If the repair does not hold

The same break opening again within 30 days of the repair coming home is ours to answer for. It goes back on the bench at our cost, postage included. What we cannot do is take the appliance back and refund it: it is yours, and it was never ours to sell.

When a repair is the wrong buy

  • We built it and it broke on its own, which is the 60 day warranty rather than this
  • It hurts or rocks, which is a fit problem and free to adjust for 30 days
  • Pieces are missing, or the base has warped or gone soft

Questions we hear about denture repair

Do denture repair kits work

For a night, sometimes. The glue in a drugstore kit is a filler rather than a bond, and the join usually opens again along the same line. It also leaves residue in the break, and a break that has been glued is harder for a lab to close properly.

Can I use glue to fix broken dentures

Super glue is the one to avoid. It is not made for the mouth, it goes brittle, and it leaves a film that stops the two halves meeting the way they were cast. If it has already been glued, say so when you write to us.

What is the best way to repair dentures at home

Put every piece in a bag and leave them alone. Do not file the edges, do not sand them and do not line them up with glue to see how it looks. The cleaner the break, the closer the repair comes back.

Can I buy a denture repair kit at the pharmacy

You can, and it will get you through a weekend. What it will not do is bring the arch back to the shape it was cast in, because that needs the same bench and the same materials the appliance was built with. That is this.

What it costs and how long it takes

$89 for the repair, with postage covered in both directions. Two to three business days at the bench, plus 3 days by USPS or overnight by FedEx in the post each way, so about a week door to door.

What we can repair

A cracked or snapped acrylic base, a tooth back onto a partial or a flipper, a clasp that has broken or bent out of shape. Send a photo first and we will tell you plainly whether it is worth the postage.

What we cannot repair

An appliance with pieces missing, a base that has warped from hot water, or one that has gone soft and crumbly with age. A repair puts a shape back together, it does not build a new one.

It broke and you built it

Then do not buy this. A break with nothing dropped behind it is a fault in the build, and that stands for 60 days from delivery once a technician has verified it. Write to us instead, and your mold is still on file. The full rule is in the warranty policy.

If the repair does not hold

If the same break opens again within 30 days of the repair coming home, it goes back on the bench at our cost. What we cannot do is take the appliance back and refund it, because it is yours and it was never ours to sell.

It hurts rather than broke

That is a fit problem, and a repair will not touch it. Anything that presses or rocks is ours to adjust free for 30 days from delivery.

One flat price: $89 a repair. The bench work, the prepaid box out to you and the trip home — all in.

Sound familiar?

  • It cracked across the base at breakfast
  • A tooth came off the partial
  • A clasp snapped and the arch rocks
  • The drugstore kit held it for a week

How it happens

After checkout, a licensed dentist in your state reviews your photos. Your impression kit ships only after that review.

  1. Send a photo of the break and we mail you a prepaid box
  2. Put every piece in it and drop it in any mailbox
  3. Two to three business days at the bench, then it ships home
  • Free shipping both ways
  • Repaired in a Florida dental lab
  • 30 days on the same break

Am I the right candidate?

  • The denture, partial or flipper is yours and it broke
  • You still have every piece, including the small ones
  • It broke cleanly rather than crumbled
  • Nobody has glued it yet, or you will tell us that somebody did
  • You can manage about a week without it
  • You would rather repair it than buy a whole new arch

Not the right buy if

  • We built it and it broke on its own, which the warranty covers
  • It hurts or rocks, which is a fit problem and free to adjust
  • Pieces are missing, or the base has warped or gone soft
