How ordering a partial denture online actually works

You order online, take a putty impression at your own table, mail it back, and the finished partial denture arrives 14 to 28 days later. No dentist visit and no chair time anywhere in that chain.

What actually gets built
Smile Lab USA builds partial dentures, not a full arch replacement. A partial denture fills the gaps left by missing teeth and anchors to the teeth you still have, in acrylic, flexible or cast metal depending on what you need.
If most of your natural teeth are still in place, this is the route. A full edentulous arch is a different, dentist-fitted process outside what we build.
Placing the order
You choose the material and the arch, top, bottom or both, and checkout ships an impression kit to your address. Nothing about the order is finalized until your impressions are reviewed.
Taking the impression
The kit includes trays, putty, a shade guide and instructions. You mix the putty, seat the tray, hold still for the set time, and mail it back with the prepaid label. Get it wrong and a fresh kit ships at no charge, not a new invoice.

The denture ships from a dental lab in Hollywood, Florida, built from your impressions and shaded from the photos you sent. Every order includes the impression kit, a shade guide, video instructions and free shipping both ways, whichever material you picked.

Do I need to see a dentist first
Not to order. You do need to see one first if there is pain, bleeding, or an extraction site that has not healed, since impressions are not a substitute for that visit.
What if the denture does not fit when it arrives
Write to us and we work through the fit within the adjustment window. Every partial denture carries a 60 day manufacturer warranty on the build.
Can I order if I still have most of my teeth
Yes, that is exactly what a partial denture is for. It fills the gaps and anchors to the teeth you still have, rather than replacing a full arch.
Is ordering online cheaper than a dental office
