The Perfect Gift for Any Occasion: Smile Lab USA Products - Smile Lab USA

Why a gift card is the smarter gift than a flipper or veneer

A gift card, not the appliance itself. A flipper or a partial denture is built from one person's impressions and one person's tooth shade, so buying one for someone else means guessing both.

A gift card lets them pick the build and take their own impressions, and the amount you chose still pays for it.

Why you cannot just order it for them

Every appliance we make starts with a putty impression of the exact mouth it will sit in, plus close-up photos for the tooth shade. Order on someone else's behalf and a technician has neither, which means nothing gets built.

Even the arch matters. Upper and lower are priced and molded differently, and a gift bought blind has a real chance of being the wrong one.

What the card actually is

It is store credit in a fixed amount, applied at checkout against any appliance in the catalog. Nothing expires, nothing is tied to one product, and the recipient chooses what to build once they are ready.

What a gift card amount roughly covers

Card valueCovers, roughly
$100A start toward any single appliance, balance paid at checkout
$200Most of a flipper, or a start on a partial denture
$300A flipper in full, or most of an acrylic partial denture
$400An acrylic partial denture in full, one arch
$500Most of a flexible partial or a cast metal partial

Exact pricing by build is in the full Smile Lab USA price list.

How they use it

  1. They pick a gift card amount and redeem it toward any appliance.
  2. Their impression kit ships by USPS in 3 days or FedEx overnight.
  3. They take the impressions at home and mail them back with the prepaid label.
  4. The appliance arrives 14 to 28 days later, made in Hollywood, Florida, with any balance charged at checkout.

If a flipper or a partial denture is the likely pick, the cheapest ways to replace a missing tooth gives them a starting price before they order.

Questions people actually ask

Does the gift card expire

No. It sits on the account until the recipient is ready to take impressions and choose a build.

Can they combine it with their own money

Yes. The card covers part or all of an order, and any remaining balance is paid at checkout the normal way.

Can I just tell you what they need and order it myself

Only if you already have their impressions and a shade photo. Without both, a technician cannot build anything that will actually fit, which is the whole reason the card exists.

Is a gift card an HSA or FSA expense

No. A gift card itself is not a medical expense. Once it is redeemed for an appliance, the appliance purchase is what may qualify, and your plan administrator makes the final determination.

What if the amount does not cover the full price

They pay the difference at checkout, the same as anyone using a partial store credit. Nothing about the order changes.

Smile Lab USA appliances are made in the USA, and carry a 60 day manufacturer warranty regardless of who paid for them.
