What a removable partial denture costs, build by build
Share
A removable partial denture from Smile Lab USA starts at $469 in acrylic, $549 in flexible, and $749 in cast metal, and the home impression kit already sits inside every price.
We build partials and flippers, not full plates that need an in person fitting. Every case starts from your own dental impressions, taken at your kitchen table and mailed back.
Why a partial instead of a full denture
A full denture only makes sense once every tooth on an arch is gone, and it still needs a dentist to shape the ridge in person. A removable partial holds onto the teeth you still have, through wire clasps or a flexible base, so it can be designed and built entirely from a mailed impression.
That is the appliance we specialize in, for one missing tooth up to eight on the same arch.
Three builds, one impression kit
The acrylic partial denture is the classic pink base with thin wire clasps, the lowest price of the three, and it covers up to six missing teeth on one arch.
The flexible partial denture swaps the metal for a soft gum toned base with no visible clasps, built in two sizes, two to five teeth or six to eight.
The cast metal partial is the thinnest against the tongue and the strongest of the three, because the frame is milled rather than poured, and it costs more for that reason.

How the order actually runs
- The impression kit reaches your address in 3 days by USPS or overnight by FedEx.
- You take the upper and lower impressions at home and mail them back in the prepaid box.
- A technician reviews your photos and either clears the impressions or sends a fresh kit at no charge.
- Production runs 3 to 6 days in a Florida dental lab, and the finished partial arrives 14 to 28 days after your impressions pass.
Living with a removable partial
Rinse it after meals, brush it daily with a soft brush and a non abrasive cleaner, and take it out at night so the gum underneath gets a rest. Hot water can warp acrylic and flexible bases, so stick to lukewarm.
Soreness in the first week is normal while the gum settles. If it lasts longer than that, or you notice bleeding, see a dentist first and write to us about the fit.
Questions people ask
How much is a removable partial denture without insurance
Acrylic starts at $469 a arch, flexible at $549, and cast metal at $749. The home impression kit and return shipping are already inside every price.
Can a partial denture work if no teeth are left to clip onto
Not on its own. A partial needs at least a few teeth on the arch to hold onto through clasps or a flexible base. If the arch is fully empty, see a dentist first about a full plate.
Is a removable partial denture HSA and FSA eligible
Artificial teeth and dentures are listed as medical expenses in IRS Publication 502, so a partial usually qualifies. Your plan administrator makes the final determination.
How long does a removable partial denture last
Two to five years with daily cleaning. Acrylic wears fastest, flexible sits in the middle, and a cast metal frame is the build people keep longest.

Every partial ships from a dental lab in Hollywood, Florida, backed by a 60 day manufacturer warranty.
